Everything was an all aluminum replace job, with all parts shipped directly from audi to Pray Body Shop in Stamford, CT, one of the 7 shops which Audi has certified......they didn't have a total put together when I picked it up, but they were guessing it would be about $9,000 or so grand total......I didn't take any pre shots, just cause I was so disgusted by the situation, and it was flatbedded to the body shop within 2 hours of the accident......

I like the wheels, but they're coming off in the spring, to be replaced with something I haven't decided on yet, but they'll be at least 18" rims, probably 19" if I can find a set I like......with Bridgestone Potenza S-02s on them.......

Default same problems as all of us

it's a '97 and I just cracked 60,000 miles.....she's at my mechanic right now, getting the brake pads done, and a CV joint worked on......most of the suspension work was done by the previous owner when the car was under warranty, and (knocking on wood) so far no problems with the tranny, which makes me happy cause of all the '97 problems with the transmissions.......When have you all been doing timing belts and water pumps?? I've heard 60K miles, and 90K miles for the A8s......

Default Great Looking Car, you shoul take the badges off

My car looks SOOOO much better with the badges off, left the four rings on though. Just take some dental floss and remove them, use your nail to remove the adhesive and then somne paint cleaner to clean it and then wax, takes about 15-20 minutes....
