that I LOVE the way these doors close on these cars, when properly aligned, that is. The closing motion of these well-engineered, lightweight doors is almost automatic. All that a person has to do is have any of the doors wide-open, give it a little nudge and the spring-loaded detents do the rest; ensuring a solid closure on its own at the right velocity for it to fully latch flush. It's just one more thing that makes these cars remarkable.
