Are A8's rare?
This is a great forum and I am learning a lot. One of the things that strikes me is that there are not many A8's for sale. How rare are these cars?
I cannot get over the V8 engine's impressive torque, pretty good fuel economy, great brakes, great xenon lights, superior room, and terrific driver visibility. I rarely see one for sale in the Buffalo area. (Actually rarely see one period.)

I wouldnt classify them as rare but there numbers lag behind BMW and the other boys. The A4 is Audis
breadwinner The introduction of the 2004 model may level the playing field. I must say, though, that before I purchased the new model, I NEVER noticed the older A8s. Now that Ive taken a good look at them I have come to realize that they are "stunning"!!
