Amazing A8 batteries...I just tried to start my car after almost
6 weeks of sitting in the garage (4 weeks in the hospital and almost two weeks at home) Guess what...it cranked over on the first try. Couldn't believe it.

The Batt in my boat will do it after 4-5 colorado winter months!
and its 7 years old.
Its just that there isnt anything that uses a lot of juice when the car is turned off. My Jeep will sit for months sometimes too. No probem. Now my '88 5000 Turbo Quattro. If it sits for longer than a week, batt is toast! Even with a new batt.
