Heh...reminds me of this morning in the Mach 4 wind tunnel (we were only operating it at M=2.5). Noticed that one of the test specimens was vibrating on its mount and strut. Shut the tunnel down and pulled the rig out. I checked over the rig, tightened the mounting nut, still vibrated. Pulled it back out, took it over to a better light source and checked it. Three small cracks formed where the threaded mount is pressed/brazed into a "zero" drag strut. Showed it to the tunnel/lab supervisor, he could not see the cracks. He had to use a lighted magnifying glass...Difference of probably 20 years in age. Not looking forward to getting older, knees already get sore at age 24.

Yup, 24. Getting married in Aug, then turning 25 in Nov.
Which is why I am not happy about my knees getting sore already. Had them x-ray'd a couple years ago, nothing showed up (they pop, make wierd "grindy" noises, etc). MRI was/is cost-prehibative but would probably show a cartilage problem.

See Greenie, I try to be good...
...but my fans get bored when I keep my mouth shut. So I get it both ways. Of course quite a few of the folks who used to tell me to shut up and get off Audiworld have had A8L "charisma" issues in the mean time and have consequently toned down their criticsm.
