Default Big exclamation mark brake pad warning light with beep

Hi, here is the dilemma:
I got rid of the brake pad YELLOW warning light problem but there is another one with an exclamation mark in the middle section:

here are works done:
1. new brake pads (front and rear seems aftermarket)
2. Fluid level max
3. Sensors eliminated (no wiring light) shorted through the cluster
4. Brakes bled twice and no air in the system
5. ABS checked in work and is fine (no ABS yellow light coming on)
6. Brakes tank and the system has no leaks of any kind.
7. Tank sensor in the tanks is floating as it should

FAULTS WITH THE CAR
1. Transmission slipping needs rebuilding. Overheats.
2. Battery 70 Amps (no indication of charging problem on dash)
3. Tyres 235x50 instead of 245x45 all R18
4. 165000 KMs on the engine (European D2 pre facelift 1997)
5. FWD 3.7 engine (works fine)
6. Cats empty (not required in this country)
7. No air conditioner charged but working
8. 10W-40 oil and filter replaced
9. All filters replaced
10. Drivetrain excellent condition (joints, ball joints, etc. replaced)
11. Electronics all working fine as needed.
12. Little sound from steering column on cold but fine while driving

So, the brakes work fine with no faults within last 5 months. Have I missed anything important?
Thanks
