Can someone give me the torque specs for the intake manifold bolts on a 40v?

Default 25Nm. Don't really need a torque wrench for
something that low, it's basically just snug. In fact, I just pulled/installed my intake over the weekend and thought about torquing the bolts. My wrench doesn't go that low!

I discovered that both my intake adjusters are completely frozen and i want my Horse Power Back so I am going to fix it this weekend.
(then back to the dyno. I will post the video from my first attempt sometime this week)
