My 1997 D2, 3.7 A8 underwent the transmission rebuild. While the exhaust was off I changed the Oxygen sensor. I am in Europe and the catalytic converter is empty, practically no converter and when the sensor was replaced it triggered the CAT and AIRBAG warning lights in dash. It started after the car with a rebuilt transmission was taken to the diagnostics to remove previous fault codes. All fault codes were erased and now the CAT and AIRBAG lights only came on and stay. How to disable the CAT warning light as in fact there is no catalytic converter and how to get rid of the AIRBAG warning light. The car runs fine and no misfires or erratic engine of any kind. Any ideas?
