Default Check engine light flash and missfire

Hey guys and girls, I have a 2014 Audi a3 8V 1.8tfsi and I have had 2 weird things happen to it this week. Firstly, after 2 days of not driving, I started my car and there was a huge grinding noise coming from the engine bay. A message popped up on my dash saying that my automatic stop/start has a malfunction and is deactivated. I drove the car home (whilst in limp mode) and turned it off and on again. It started perfectly and had no more issues with that. 3 days later I was on my way to work and at the robot my car started idling really rough (the hwole car was shaking) and then my check engine light started flashing. Again I turned the car off and on immediately, and the issue went away. I have been driving the car for the whole day and have not had any other issues with it since. Do I need to take it to my Audi delaer and get it checked, or wait for it to happen again? I am not sure if it is a system glitch or if there is an actual problem??
