Default There has been some bashing of the 'old' A8 and S8 of late. I have a hard time respecting those...

opinions because I have driven all the competition has out there. BMW 7, Jag S Type R, MB S500, and MB S600. M5 is the only one that gives it a little rub, but it is not exactly a big lux cruiser. This car is big, but it drives so small. This rendition of the 4.2 matched with the suspension in the current S8 is an Audi masterpiece. This is my 1st Audi where I feel there is absolutely no need for aftermarket parts out of the 7 in 3 years. This car will be appreciated long after many new Audis come out, IMHO. $.02, FWIW.
