Dealer says I need a new engine!
Im taking to another shop. They said my engine is knocking. Cant figure it out. Just one morning started it and it was making the noise. Just had the trans rear seal replaced at dealer to stop leak and got an oil change like 500 niles or less ago. Never had a problem. They told me 19000 for an engine. Not sure what I am going to do yet.

What is knocking? The worst case is that they started your engine w/o oil during the change before realizing the problem. Then dumped some in. That way they might indeed know you need a new engine. But they would have had to run it for several minutes to damage it and it would have sounded like a box of rocks.
A stuck lifter is the most common knock or rapping. Rod bearings seldom come out of nowhere. Mains even less.
Ask for very specific information. Who are these guys? If you need an engine get one from a rolled or rearended car. $19K is nutty.

So engine *work* is impossible .. they can only replace the one you have with ...
... one from a crate, shipped in from Germany?
Was there giggling coming from the guys in the next room as the service manager said this to you?
GOD I hate dealerships. They are filled with the lowest puke-eating scumbags.

I drove it for a few weeks.....
After the maintenance they did. All was good and then one morning I started it and it was noisy. I towed it to the dealer to ask them just to see how bad it was and 30 to 40 minutes later they called me and said the noise was in the lower end and the engine is shot. No clue what happened. Id sure like to know since before it happened it ran great since the day I bought it. Never drove hard or anything. Sat for a week before it happened. Ill know more next week. Tranferring the car to a trusted mechanic this week.
