IN to the dealer we go.
Folks,
OGOLON (o god o lord o no) yep!
Big item on tap is the famous coolant leak at the oil cooler.
It's such a weird issue IME because it has been documented to happen only when the car is apparently parked.
This labor intensive repair will test the sense of humor of Accel Warranty.
and no. 2 is a redo of the trans seal which was already done 6 mos. ago which begs the question was it ever really done? (okay I'm being too paranoid surely?) this time I'll make them change the filter and give me the used parts back.
Isn't it odd that one cannot have a view of the mechanics working on your car from anywhere in the dealership? Sick as I am I would love to see work being done.
OH and the control arm recall. hmmf.. there are slight squeeks after a longish drive.
Other than these items, the car remains near the apex of refinement. This is a fact much more apparent only after driving other cars, audi's included.
So, please never let me try an S8
