I can throw a rock and almost hit 2 ecu-reprogramming shops which specialize in Audis

they are nowhere near uncommon. This is not even close to unexplored territory.

When that rock hits a tuner who has done a Normally aspirated to turbo or supercharged conversion on an A8 or S8 and can get it passed emissions with the stock ECU functioning correctly, then by all means please share with the class. I don't know of any. This would be a great resource, so do tell.
