Door panel foam insulation - what does it look like?
My 2003 S8 is missing the thin foam insulation panel on the driver's door which goes between the door trim panel and the inside of the door. A printout I got from an Audi dealer shows the approximate shape, but the part is no longer available. So I'd like to make a replacement.
Does anyone have a photo of what the foam insulation panel looks like? Does it attach to the door trim panel, or to the door itself?
Note that there is a smaller piece of foam insulation which goes on the center of the door trim panel and covers the back side of the window switch plate and door pull. I have that part. I'm asking about a larger foam insulation piece which covers most of the door trim panel.
Thanks.

This is the same image I got at the dealer. It only shows approximately what the foam insulation panel looks like. (It's #32 on the 7zap.com page.)
Based on pictures I've found of other Audis, the foam insulation panel attaches to the back of the door trim panel (vs. to the door), and is a molded piece which form-fits around things, and has cutouts in certain places. I cannot tell from the drawing exactly what is cut out, or where the foam insulation might be molded (which would likely make me need to make adjustments in the flat material I'm working with). The drawing shows it as a flat piece.
Does anyone have a photo?
Thanks.
