He posted a link a few posts up but I thought I'd fish it out for everyone. If anyone doesn't like the color, feel free to call us up and organize a return. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but we just listed the mats by Audi's color codes and etka information. Or, for the ten bucks you can keep them, the choice is yours.

Yes, I've read the entire thread and all its posts and am well aware of all the back and forth. I didn't ask him if they matched. What I am looking for are replacement mats. At this price, the color being off a bit is of little concern ... to me, that is. Again, I read the entire thread long before posting the question.

I do appreciate it, but unless someone returns theirs we are sold out now. Slight color issue or not, 9.39 for floor mats was a steal!

Mine do not have any indication of an OEM part number I can check, just a couple mats rolled up in a box. If you compare these mats to the beige hardware on the ECS site they are clearly a different color (gray?) While there is a bit of earthtone to the carpet the grommets on these mats are clearly gray. I think they are gray mats. Whatever they are it's not beige, even if there is a part number somewhere that says they are.

I'm not happy, and would rather still have my $25 however I do not care to pay to have incorrect parts shipped back and forth so I'll probably just wait for an opportunity to pass them on to a local owner with a gray interior.

Alternatively if ECS wants to issue a call tag for them or a label to ship them on to someone who wants this color I can facilitate.

The same goes for me. I have no interest in keeping these grey mats, and I am not going to pay shipping to have them returned, since the product was not as advertised.

If you are unhappy with the color of the mats feel free to setup at RMA at 800.924.5172 and we'll send you a shipping label to sent the mats back with. I'll try to get photos up of the returned mats to avoid further confusion. Since the mats are now sold out you might actually be able to turn a profit by throwing them up for sale in the classifieds.
