Fault Code 1215
Hello All,
It has been sometime since I posted - over a year. Glad to see some of the same names still around. I finally got my timing belt changed at 122K miles - I know - WOW! I went on a road trip after that and my airbag light came on half way though the trip. I checked the manual and it also mentions belt tension on top of the SRS system. So I pulled the code and it was 1215. I cleared the code and it comes back after awhile (random). Anyone know what the code is?

I can handle a bad seat sensor - thankfully it was not the belt tension.
Very interesting - my Son was playing in the back seat on the driver side most of the trip and the car was pretty full - trunk also. I'm wondering if something got under the seat or behind the seat. Infact the light went on when he was there last night even after the trip.

Take the rear seat bottom out and check to see if the sensor is glued on
Jeff Berstein had the same problem a long time ago....it could very well be the sensor coming unglued from the bottom of the seat.<ul><li><a href="http://www.audipages.com/upgrades/navplusgps.html">How to take the seat out</a></li></ul>
