Tozo- can you explain how the total camber and caster is adjustable on the S8?

Default Loosen the 4 sub-frame bolt. Move the sub-frame sideways to adjust total camber.

move the sub-frame forward/reverse for caster. It will equalize at 3.7

Default Looks like neg camber is on the high side but not to the degree of wearing tires quickly.

on the other hand, the higher neg camber should make you car handle better. Your initial toe readings indicated that the wear was not toe related. It looks like your toe just caused a slightly crooked wheel to the right.

My educated guess would be loose control arms. They are not as easily diagnosed as a loose tire rod. Thats just my opinion.

Default The report heading states "Audi,S8,99-03,Quattro Sport Suspension"

so I think his machine had the right setup. It's going to the local dealer tomorrow, as I trust the S8 tech and maybe their alignment system will deliver different results. I also hit a pothole a month ago, so maybe I did minor component damage.
