Front License plate holder

Front License plate holder
I just moved to New York from Michigan, so need to sort fastening the front license plate. When I bought the car in Michigan, there was no filler at all, so I eventually filled the gap with a Euro Plate.
So now I need the filler plate with the license plate holder. Any ideas?
My car is black...
At the moment we drilled an extra hole in the standard issue Empire State plate, so I can use the two existing bumper holes/screws, but my NURBGRNG plate shows up in 3-4 weeks, and I don't want to molest that one!!
I tried Shokan (No), Force5 and DADs (both pending reply).
