Default Guys, I need a little help on this. brake setup question

This guy is offering his Brembo's from his S6. I dont think they would fit. I have no clue about fitting new calipers/rotors.

I have sent him an emial about sizes for the setup and Im waiting to hear back.

click

Default Almost certainly won't fit.

I can't tell from the Brembo link, but it's probably a radial mount caliper (like the S8's Brembo's) where the mounting bolts are parallel to the wheel's spokes. The A8's caliper uses an axial mount, with mounting bolts parallel to the axle.

The BIRA Conversion to the radial-mount Porsche caliper solves the problem with an adapter; but with Brembo's on an A8, custom rotors with a non-standard offset would then be required.
