Here's a little info
It's simply a plastic arm that attaches to the control arm and pivots up/down. By doing so, it lets the headlights know the position of the body relative to the ground and adjusts the headlights to be level at all times.
There's one in the front and one in the rear, both on the drivers side. I have fixed 2 broken ones with 2 part epoxy. Worth a shot before you buy a new/used one. Disconnect one end (either) so you're not fighting the suspension when trying to repair.
