Default I need control arms - again !

I only have 30k on the control arms I got from Wendy and I just checked them tonight. One side upper has play, both lower curved are squeaking and one tie rod has a split boot. Does anyone remember what kind she sold ? I see the "new and improved" ones from Blau. Does anyone have an opinion whether they are really better ? Hoping to get more than 30k out of the next set.

Default I replaced my upper control arms recently with ones from the Stealer

I had replaced them once before with aftermarket control arms and this time I went with OEM.

I'm not saying it's not the track events or anything, but I have seen many posts on different boards that seem to point to aftermarket ones not being as good a OEM ones from the stealer.

That was my reasoning.

Default Re: Check out our kit

Looks VERY nice. The control arm job looks like a total mess though.

Default Is that the actual picture of the kit..

The upper control arms (straight) do not look like those are for the A8. They ones for the A8 are tubular in shape, almost like a straight pipe with bushings on it. that would be the only part that is different from the 4 and 6.

Default Yes

Guess that's what we get for trusting Febi's application list. You're correct, the forward arms on the A8 are slightly different. they're also twisted 90° from the other applications.

We'll make the correction, thanks.

The A8 arms however are available separately as Lemfoerder, or TRW (OEM) applications.

Feel free to email for pricing.
