Here's a picture of a 12V V6, but the cam holding tool for the 5 valve motors is similar I think when doing the timing belt.
But how do you get the belt off and on? Probably just slip in behind things and there is clearance between the tool and the center pulley.

30v motor cam bar
I have one, tool #3391. It just plugs right into the holes on the cam sprocket, makes R&R of the t-belt very easy. You may want to pick up tool #3242, which locks the crank at TDC.
3391, does not have the clamping device in th center of the bar. If you purchase one, the Kukko version is OEM. The t-belt then slips right out from the p/s pulley and around the cam bar.

Re: It sounds like changing the TB on a 5 valve motor is easier than a 4 valve motor
One really great help was the #3212, which holds the pulley for the fan/clutch , in conjunction with a 32mm wrench and it comes right off. I'm lucky in that I have air tools, that definitely shortened the R&R time up.
Oh yes, the most lengthy part of the job, was indexing the t-belt, new and old. This way it was just a pull of the pin at the tensioner dampener, with No worries.
