Default i'm just SICK as well... i hope somehow these bastards get caught and prosecuted...

...to the fullest extent of the law. hopefully you got a police report, etc.

i actually had a similar experience about 4 months after i got my car. it was parked in front of my ex-'s place. like you, at the time the car didn't have a scratch. some random *#&% was drunk and beating his girl in the street. that wasn't enough, my car happened to be parked there - so he decided to punch it and do this:
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/19444/pic00006.jpg">
[note damage to tail-light and bumper by kicking]

fortunately, some neighbors heard the commotion &amp; called the police (it was 3am and i was dead asleep) - and he was arrested. his hand was bloody and all mangled-up - and he was trying to splatter the cops with his blood. his girl had a black eye and didnt' wanna press charges (what are the odds?). anyway, long story short: the DA went after him as did my insurance. he had to pay $1300 to fix the damage to my car and my car rental fees. still, the car's just not the same anymore - it's lost it's "newness" luster. it's farked-up how some people easily destory what others work so hard to achieve and acquire...

again, very sorry for this to happen esp this time of year. hopefully justice will be served...

Default I just don't get some people's attitude to trash something because they can't have it.

*******s like that need a dose of national service to straighten them out.

Sorry to hear about your car, hope it's not too much hassle to get it sorted.

Default That sucks, ALWAYS take a beater to a game or nightclub.

Lots of crowds, questionable people, and liquor often add up to disaster.

Default Chronic, I'm so sorry. I hope it all works out. This is exactly why in car video surveillance

is a good thing.

What goes around comes around. I hope they get it ten fold!

So so sorry.

Default Drunk and angry football fans I can understand, but something had...

to set these people off to go after the car. Were there other
luxury cars in the same area? Did they suffer the same type of damage? Is the parking lot liable for this damage? These are
questions you should be asking around. I don't know about NY
but Chicago Bear fans fear the Chicago Police and there is never any problems like that. My sympathies.
