Yeah, moved but am back and forth every weekend. It's not that far away. Funny enough, I've not seen Manny's S6 Avant or S8 in the parking garage again.

BLT4SPD, thanks for the explanation on the keys. When I ordered the two parts of the key from Carson, I had him cut the key portion from my VIN; fit perfectly. I did take that new key, the key that came with the car and an uncut eBay key to the dealer to get them activated and to see if they could cut it; they politely refused, so now I know why. No matter, they coded both keys and replaced the batteries in the original key. They actually went above and beyond, so I can't complain.

If you think that you may need a 3rd key in the future, it will be more cost effective to get two extra keys now.

The sticker in the trunk does not have the preprinted engine code or paint number/interior at the side. The LBZX/LBZX I reported earlier is the only thing in the general area of the highlighted part on my sticker, and it's the only code that begins with an "L".

The title does not have the color on it. That's not part of a Michigan car title.

I saw a color array from 2002 S8s on some website last night, maybe Motor Trend or similar, but forgot to save it. The color that appeared like mine was called Espresso Brown.
