Do any of you have experience with replacing the backlight bulbs for led??
I have bought some cheap internet ones from china, but they do not seem to work on the car.
Lights were tested on a stand alone tester, so did my original bulbs and all worked fine. As soon as i put them in the car nothing.

The bulb you got will not work on your vehicle not because it is defective, or something. The bulb you have does not have CAN-bus module, so the vehicle's computer does not recognize it as a bulb.
If you will decide to upgrate any bulbs on your Audi to LEDs, make sure the description says the bulb has got CAN-bus module and a built-in load resistor. Here is a link to one of quality LED bulbs we carry for the reverse light (2000 A8).

From my experience with LED bulbs from China, the quality is really hit and miss. Some bulbs are monitored via CANBUS and some are not. If the bulb is not CANBUS compatible they light up but you get a dash warning. That's what have seen and I have not replaced the backup bulbs, maybe that circuit behaves differently.
In your case I'd really check and see if you have the bulb in wrong or something first. Tungstens work both ways but LED only one way, usually, and while the pins make it harder to put the bulb in backwards it can still be done.
CANBUS LED off ebay from reputable sellers are usually pretty good quality, I have only had problems with the super super cheap ones straight from China.
