Looking for an ecu
Hello-I'm looking for a good used ecm/ecu. I had an unfourtinate incident using a jump pac and now my car is dead. Before it went the shifter lights were all lit up and the cel light was lit and it ran like crap. My computer wont negotiate with the car either. Now it wont start period. I can try the wrecking yards but would prefer a more reliable source. Any help would be appreaciated.

It appears you have a pre facelift A8
FYI, a 97 ECU will work in a 98 or 99, I sold mine to Tony Pai and it worked just fine in his 98 (my ECU was out of my 97, I had a spare).
I do have a TCU for a prefacelift A8 if you needed it.

If you would please call me at 563-505-1271 I'd like to verify the numbers and be sure there will be no issues with it as I do have a 97 but have the tiptronic upgrade. thanks

I only have a transmission control unit, not engine control
