The car's front end isn't ugly IMHO, the back is a little weird, but it sure has gotten everyone's attention.

I don't know how much I like the dash and center console controls, it's very plain and the computer displays all the information, I'd hate for that thing to go bad!

I bet it will grow on you, remember when the A6 came out, had to love or hate it! Now all cars look like that!

fugly is fugly. if it didn't have a bmw badge on it, i'd think it was made by chrysler -- seriously. it looks like bmw is systematically destroying the rest of their line too, including the new 6 and the replacement for the 5. if i ever think any of those cars look good, i give folks here permission to hunt me down and shoot me.

I think that BMW has taken Audi's "never follow" strategy and spun it into "No one will ever follow us" .

...of what we can expect the new 2003 Audi A8 to look like...jummmm! Itzah verry nizah! I just read through the latest issue of Car magazine (British magazine, available at bookstores in the U.S.) showing some nice interior and exterior shots of the VW D1 Pheaton.
Especially its interior I could see fit in the new A8. Really! OK...go ahead...just tell me to buy the darn thing as soon as it is for sale! ;-)
