Metal retaining nuts for rear plate?
I just lost one of the original metal retaining nuts for the rear license plate screws and it looks like I am about to lose 2. Dealer was no help, only have plastic ones that don't fit. Don't really feel like removing the trunk liner and plate holder trying to find it.
Anybody have 2 extra original metal nuts for a 2001 S8/A8 that they are willing to send me? I'll pay for postage.

On an Audi parts site it looks like Part Number: 113119583 ; 443853488; 443853488A

Maybe check that part number? ECS has it for $1.20:

Your dealer might be cheaper but then you gotta go there and wait in line and wait again to pay, etc. Only upside is that if I go to the VW dealer they have snacks.

Thanks but I'm not sure, mine are thin bare metal retaining nuts and I don't believe they are threaded, They are the original ones that came on the car.
Does anybody know if these will actually fit?
