Nav Plus installed -- What do you think?
So all day I'm thinking about what I need to do next....the wiring was very simple, I just unplugged the CD player in the trunk because it's not compatible....my Blitzsafe adaptor is on it's way.
Did not post pictures with my OEM climate control unit back in because it doesn't fit! It sticks out about 5". And I don't have the inside air temperature sensor attached anymore so it doesn't really work....you can get hot air but you have to continually adjust it. Hope my new one from Germany comes this week!
Anyway, changed the two or three wires that I needed to (BTW, I'm leaving my phone just like it is, don't have to integrate it into the Nav Plus system at all, but it will still mute it) and plugged it in.
So I go to put the SAFE code in it and somehow I mess up one number...bummer. You have to turn the **** on the right to highlight the number and then press it in to select it. So it tells me I have to do it again....and somehow I pressed the right hand **** in (which selected the same wrong number) and now it's in SAFE mode!!! I have to wait an hour!
Oh well, have the GPS antenna on the dash right now....and all the switches hanging out on the left, it's gonna be a bitch on the track!

Looks like you're in a holding pattern...
..So, maybe you and the kids wanna do an Ipod install friday or saturday to pass the time away(in a productive manner
