Does anyone know if they are going to offer the navigation plus which is located in the center instead of the one in the dash

Nav Plus has not a center console color map display instead of the symbolic dash display - it has both displays!
And it's great to have the map display in addition! Many times the voice guidance together with the symbolic dash display are not clear enough to select the right turn - a glimpse on the map makes everything clear. I love it very much (I live in Switzerland btw.).
