Every time I have done that trip, something like 15 times now I have jumped in behind a Truck trying to break the sound barrier and have arrived rather quickly at my destination. Best part of the A8 is the big Gas tank. Last time I did it I was in a SHO and only had 16 usuable gallons at 20 mpg so had to stop a lot. Looking forward to cruising again shortly. Still that is not a bad time. Best I've ever had was dallas to detroit in 16 hours.

My compliments on your good taste!
I'll second everyone else and say welcome. I also picked up my A8 in Houston. Flew down to pick it up from Denver. Drove it back 1143 miles to Denver in 15 hours. Stopping only for gas. Makes for a long time between pit stops!
