You code should have reported either "upstream" or "downstream" on bank 2...or sensor "#1" or "#2" on bank 2.
If the car has over 80K miles on it, the front sensor both really need changing...code or no code.
Bosch Universals (#15733 for your car...4.2L?) are about half the price of exactly the same dealer sensor with complete harness...they come with instructions and a weather tight slicing kit. Your car will run noticeably smoother and get better fuel mileage.
