for the center cap that you have. I have checked ETKA, Riverside, Genuine VW and remain perplexed. Can you help me out please?

Also, I would like to use the metal valve stem. Anybody got PN for that?

I won't be near to my car again until this evening, so if no one else chimes in by then, I'll def. post the p/n later tonight. On the valve stems, I've got regular rubber ones. Don't mean to sound silly, but I thought the metal stems were just on cars that had TPMS set-ups, no? If not, I may look into having them put on at Radial.

Yes but I could not get them to cross anywhere. Wheels are just like svxit's.

At one point, I checked with the the guys who sell A8/S8 parts in England about ordering those caps and found out that they wouldn't fit facelift Avus wheels, so I'm wondering if those are the second set of caps he has found...

Ok:
One is this 4D0 601 025 T wheel, aluminum 8 JX18H2 ET48 4 PR-C9T PR-C9T are the AVUS ones that came on the 01-03 S8 ( always talking about AVUS). This one is 6 spoke.

The other AVUS is this one: 4D0 601 025 AD wheel, aluminum 8 JX18H2 ET48 4 PR-C8S which is 5 spoke.
The cap for wheel disc: 4D0 601 025 T is
8D0 601 165 E.

For the valves:
4D0 601 361 metal valve
for vehicles with tire
pressure control (radio)
only for: 4D0 601 025 R
4D0 601 025 AL
4D0 601 025 T
4D0 601 025 AH
4D0 601 025 F
And conclude:
You bought these 4D0 601 025 T, you need these caps 8D0 601 165 E and if you have tire pressure monitoring you need these valves 4D0 601 361.
In case you need it too the bolt part # is
4D0 601 139 A.
