I am not an A8 owner of any kinds, I can't afford one neither. I own an 97 A4 1.8T and 99 Bora 2.0 while my mom is ordering a Bright Blue New Beetle GLS 1.9TDI. When I sent my friend to Vancouver International Airport 2 days ago, I saw the following thing:
A new restyle (new grilles and wheels) Pearl White S8 on the Valet Parking area besides International Departure. It has Audisport S8 badge both front and rear, also a sports steering wheel with Audisport badge (North America should have a 4-spoke standard wheel with stereo control for 2000) and also a S8 badge on the instrument cluster. It has true British Columbia licence plate on both ends.
Is that a real S8 or a faux S8? How can a faux S8 has sports steering wheel with Tiptronic-S buttons? Its very interesting. Too bad I don't have either scanner or digital camera to scan it on the web! :<
