PSCAN from steering wheel

Has anyone figured out how or what is needed to get steering wheel up and down controls for the radio to do a PSCAN instead of a complete scan? I am in need of this feature.

This was discussed a while back...

It was determined that the computer software would not facilitate this and rewireing the system would be difficult and expensive.
I would like that option also.
