Default question on tie rod ends

when these are repaced should you use lock tight on them? thanks

Default NO!!! Use anti-sieze compound on them!

That's for the rod end into the steering arm....that's the part that freezes up.

Default great then I did it right. I was not sure but I started to doubt

my choice of anti sieze.. glad I asked now I feel better. thanks paul, I am still waiting for the shocks then I will replace the towers and finish up the upper arms. Boy those upper were beat up bad. funny the provious owner used audi uppers when he replace but trw lowers and they were all replaced around the same time and the lowers looked like new but the upper joints were clicking and the bushings were split..
