Right front door 01367 - Central Locking Pump Run Time Exceeded
Hi,
So I've cleared the codes and driven about 100 miles. Seems like the engine codes were old ones. Now there's only one little problem: the right front door lock is not working well (01367 - Central Locking Pump Run Time Exceeded).
When I got the car last month, I noticed that the passenger window / door lock function more slowly than other windows / locks. Now that it's a bit colder, I noticed yesterday that the door wasn't locked. There's this code 01367.
I know it's not the pump, because all other doors and the trunk locks / unlocks just fine. Seeing that the window also doesn't work well, what could be the problem? Something fell inside? The panels squeezing against each other? Lube?
Does anyone have a guide / manual on how to open up the door?
Also, for door hinges, is it fine to use some anti-seize? I'm not sure about the metal content. Engine oil?
Thanks.

Isolated the problem:
Must be some leak inside the rubber thing connecting the door to the body. I massaged that part a little and the problem went away (still locks more slowly). I think I'll open that part and tape the vacuum line.

Opened the rubber connector, found no leak but still taped the vacuum line - and central locking stopped working completely.
I then removed the tape, and things returned to where they were. Tried again, and central locking stopped again. I opened the rubber connector for the fourth time, pushed and pulled the line a few times, and it returned to the old condition: unlocking works fine, but locking doesn't work for the front passenger door (can see the **** trying to go down but stops half way).
Could it be that the leak is at the other end (pump)? I'll check when I have some time. At the moment I'm locking that door manually (better than having to lock all doors manually).
