The FAQ says to email "chesterATriversideaudi.com" but apparently NOT.
I tried calling Carson Heter and got put on voicemail several hours ago.
So I just tried emailing the chester thing. Got a mailer devil telling me he doesn't exist.

You have the address spelled wrong
in your post. Here is his e-mail <b>cheter@riversideaudi.com</b>. It works, I've been communicating with him by phone and e-mail over the last few weeks. I would call him (<b>201-758-1600 Ext.122</b>) if possible as he is very busy and that's the best way to track him down.
