audi a4 2000 model 1.8t

hi guys i have a audi a4 1.8t 2000 model
the fuel pump housing is loose inside the tank is that normal of is the clips broken

This is currently posted in the D2 A8/S8 section, better to repost or get this post moved to the right section for your, um, B5 A4? Our fuel pump assembly is pretty specific to the car.
