Default S8 in the U.S., unless.......

My buddy has a 1.8T A4 and lives in Pompano Beach, Fl and he was at Champion Porsche
Audi having it serviced the other day. And he said there was a Dark Green Audi there (had
plates)- and it had S8 badges on it and had huge Avus wheels on it. So my friend asked the
mechanic if that was an A8 done up like an S8- and the mechanic said "I don't know, but the owner had it imported- came to the dealer on a flat bed"- So if this is true, the owner of Champion Audi has an S8 (lucky him).

Default You don't have to convince me......

I don't even have an Audi, like them very much though-I'm a BMW nut. The M5 is going to be hands down the best 4 door Sports sedan to date (my opinion). Anyhow, sounds like you
had some fun in London.

Default Yes I do.....

And yes I am a nut- I had a 95 Daytona Violet M3, then I had a 99 Corvette coupe 6speed for 9
months (mistake that was) and now I have 00' imola red Mcoupe with Dinan upgrades. I also just got rid of a 97 BMW 740i, that I traded in on a pre ordered Glacier White S500 (phone/CD and rearshade options). Actually I love German cars altogher, but like BMW best. Didn't
replace the 7 series with another BMW 7series because its essentially the same car I had.

Default Who cares about the winter....

Generally, from myself- other people I know and people I run into- anyone that is going to
spend $70,000 on a sport sedan usually isn't too concerned about how awesome their
car handles in a snow blizzard- usually they have another vehicle for those conditions.
