How come they have parts available in NJ? Did he actually mean *NEW* or just "really clean used" (i.e. like you'd get off a dismantled car).

The guy I spoke with said they were new after I asked if they were takeoffs; his NJ source gets a lot of Euro/rs4 type parts.
