It's easy
Take off the belly pan, then put a socket on the tension to relieve tension, then put a torx bit or equivilant to hold the tension off:

Or follow the procedure below, it has everything on it. It only takes a few minutes.

http://www.audipages.com/Tech_Articles/enginemechanical/oilcoolerremovalreinstall.html</a

I still have that squeeling going on only on very hot humid days.. It does not
happen all the time but does happen most of the time on hot humid days. I want to rule out the A/c.. Like I stated before that when I turn the ac off the noise stops. But again the noise is not all the time. and when I rev the eng it goes away after a few revs. then it may or maynot happen when I drive. On hot days but not humid there is no noise. I used belt dressing but seems not to help.. the other option would be to tighten the belt. any other thoughts??

So what do you think?? belt?? I would think the ac if it was all the time but it is not
I am thinking the belt because of this reason.. get humid; little oil, grim etc...
