You better book your flight in advance, for the 99 A8 transmission replacement... hahahaha... Just kidding. If the tranny doesn't fail before 130k, I doubt it will go out @180k. Mine has 165k and shifts smooth, no thumbing, nothing... again, drive for one year and enjoy it, even if the trannie goes out then, sell for parts and get most of the money back.
Don't touch anything, just change the oil and drive.

SUPPOSEDLY the transmission was replaced but I have no way of proving that...it does shift smoothly and doesn't "hunt".
