Yep ... and check all hoses for the sec air system.
My leak was actually to the vacuum line to the driver's side diaghram.
Acceler8, I would guess that the MAF code will stop coming up if you fix the secondary air system issue.

Dealer fixed it (as Paul describes); in 2days, the same issue. Who knows what they did the 1st time!
Apparently someone didn't secure the plubmbing properly.. Since fixed, hasn't shown up again.

in my case ...
the vac lines right next to diaphragm got bad/melted. So to fix it I just cut the very ends of vac lines and reattached them to diaphragm.
Cleared the codes and no check engine light since then.
