Default Hey Bruce, thanks for the quick replies, but wagons aren't really my thing haha

I'm looking for something a bit sexier and sportier than that. Automatic is a plus too! Thanks for taking the time, I truly truly appreciate it!

Default Why not go for another A8?

There is one on autotrader.ca in North York for $13,900 with only slightly over 100,000 kilometers or 60Kmiles.

Matt, yes, thats mine, it was good to chat with you yesterday. Good luck with the Jag. Anyone interested I would sell for $15k Canadian or appx $11.5k $US. It's brutal where the market has gone for these amazing machines.

Default Don't do the Jag

I have owned an XJR and it is totally worthless in the snow. Marginal at best even with winter tires.

The other thing that really bothered me over time was the position of the dead pedal. It makes you extend your left leg fully while the right leg is comfortably positioned on the gas pedal. I finally put a piece of 2X4 on the dead pedal to even things up.

I have to admit that the acceleration of the supercharged V8 was addicting.

Default Personally don't care for the Jag. Why not another A8? That's what you had before, however briefly..

I just don't care for the styling of the Jag whatsoever. Usually when I see one of those, I expect a 60-something year-old guy to get out.

I'm basing my statement strictly on style. I'm sure the V8 is savage, but I would keep repair/maintenance in mind considering the fact that it is supercharged.

I also don't care much for the interior styling. I just find it all to be way too subdued and lackluster. Maybe uninspiring?

Just my two cents. My opinions could change after actually driving the car ;-)

Best of luck whatever happens!
