Speed Limiter/Governor US 2002 A8
How do you remove the speed governor/limiter on a US 2002 A8 ? Currently engages at 130 mph.
What is the best solution to lower the A8 and give it better grip in turns ? Thank you for the help. Uwe. |

There is a tool called "lemmiwinks" which can be used to remove the speed limiter. People use it on all different models. If you <a href="http://search.audiworld.com>search audiworld</a> you'll find the specific instructions and locations to download the program. You'll need a VAG-COM cable and Windows-based PC.
As far as suspension there are a few options. The most cost-effective for A8s seems to be upgrading to H&R coilovers. Others have splurged for S8 shocks and springs. Also pay attention to your wheel size and tire size and pressure. |

What GOGO says, plus for cornering NOTHING is a better upgrade than a bigger anti-sway bar.
