Suspension middle ground?

From the looks of it, you need to lower them (bring the adjustment nut down the body).
But that might cause clearance issues. Looks like the A8 application isn't so well thought out.

Kevin, a long shot ...
Since the tall spring is linear and the rear spring are progressive, is there any chance that you've swapped the front and rear springs? Normally the rear springs would be softer than the front, unless half of the coils are in contact. The result would be a stiffened rear spring in the front, and a truly stiff linear front spring in the rear.

I bet you a nickle that someone packaged up 4 REAR springs in the A8 kits ...
... instead of two fronts and two rears.
Someone who bought the kits recently, and is jacked like this needs to call and speak to a designer and get this straight.

hehe, no...
no mixup with frt to rear or vise versa. That is pretty much foolproof because of the size difference. I may take the time to get the car back on the lift and take the part numbers off the spring and call H&R for some tech support to make sure we have the right springs for the kit.
