Default AoA requires that they give you an Audi if at all possible. Depends on what is at hand.

We used to have an old style A6 for A8 customers to use. If that was already loaned out, then the customer got a choice of a loaner Jetta or an Enterprise rental car.

For the most part, the A4 owners are getting Ford Focii and worse ;-)

It's part of the low dealer profit margin ( when compared to the competition ) showing through. It's getting better slowly.

Beats a Jetta or, worse, a Mazda 626. Or an Enterprise whatever.

Default Holy COW! Just got a call from Audi of Rockville

and was told that my car will not be touched until Wednesday because a Team of German Audi Engineers are coming to look at my car - talk about undevided attention, but damn, I will be without the car for who knows how long. This A4 is going back tomorrow and I'm going to demand a Porsche Cayenne or something equivalent to my car with a NAVI. Let's see what happens =)

Default No, it's the steering when going from right to sharp-hard

left it makes a metal rubbing noise. I called the dealer and the Sales Manager told me that he will put me in a different car tomorrow, whatever! I'm so sick of dealing with the dealership now.
