Default Turn signals work, but hazard lights (left side) don't work.

My turn signals (front and back) work, so I know it's not a bulb problem.

But when I do the hazard lights, only the right side blinks. It looks like I'm trying to turn right.

I think there is a wiring problem and need to replace something.
What do I need to buy? I am going to buy it on ebay or amazon so I can have it shipped to South Korea, where I live.
Thanks.

Also check any double filament bulbs for a single broken filament creating a sneak circuit. If one filament breaks at one end, and lays across the other filament, when the good filament is energized, it back feeds power through the half broken filament in contact with it.
