Update on MMI problem
After 2000 miles on my new A8, the MMI went dead (turned on for 2 sec, then powered off). I brought the car in, they had no loaner for me, so went to get my a rental from enterprise. they authorized a cheap compact rental "WTF!!!" they said they were only authorized to spend $35 a day. I called my "advocate", they got me $50 a day, and I got a Jag. great rental, doesn't compare to Audi. Anyway, they replaced the keypad on the car, and 1 day later I'm back in business. They said "maybe someone spilled a drink on it" Not possible, but who cares. My A8 is home!
